Born and Raised...

in the Bay Area! I moved around from Mountain View to Fremont and have now settled in Dublin for the past 8 years. 



My Future 
I hope to pursue consulting in the future as a full-time job. I also want to prioritize songwriting in a professional manner within the next year, recording and releasing my original songs. 




How I Can Achieve My Future
I am working at Boston Consulting Group in the Los Angeles Office during the Summer of 2024, and hope to find the specific function and industry I would like to specialize in. I hope to join a songwriting class at USC (MUSC-255) or the songwriting forum to work on my craft and collaborate with more artists. 



How Am I Like My Parents
My mother is a dentist and my father is a businessman. I am unsurprisingly an individual of multiple interests and really want to pursue healthcare-driven business opportunities as a long-term career goal. Additionally, similar to my father, I am a huge foodie. We love to go to different hole-in-the-wall restaurants and try authentic, cultural food that I have never heard of before. 




How Am I Unlike My Parents
I grew up as a performer. Dancing since the age of three and singing since I could talk. The performing arts are how I express my feelings and exert creativity; however, I definitely did not inherit the love for the arts from my parents. They both refuse to move a bone in their body and have immense stage fright. Additionally, my parents cook to provide food and nutrition to the family, but they do not enjoy the process. I, on the other hand, love to find recipes, source ingredients, and try out a new recipe as a stressbuster after a long day. Food is my language, and cooking is a part of that. 
 


A Conversation on Expectations
I try my best to separate my expectations from those of my parents and even society. However, sometimes you get caught in the whirlwind of life. I keep expectations of staying authentic to myself, always putting my 100% into everything I pursue, and allowing life to happen as it should. I try to follow these expectations through life and use them as a guide to evaluate if I have been on-path. 

Role Model
I really look up to Deepica Mutyala, the South Asian female business owner of Live Tinted, a make-up company. She was the first person to show me that I can achieve the heights of owning a company and reaching the households of people across the world. 




Animal World
Dolphins are one of the most intelligent animals. The way they glide and swim through the water infatuates me, especially since I love being in the water.

When I was in 6th grade, I went to science camp and I ate a wild plant that tasted exactly like a green apple. I also kissed a banana slug!

Random Post 2 - Meet Millie!

Meet my golden doodle, Millie! Millie came into my life in August 2020, when we picked her up from her previous family in Corona, California, three hours away from where I live. Millie actually was not a planned puppy. Her previous family had two golden doodles and they were having a bit too much fun over the pandemic, and therefore Millie was born! She was only 5 pounds and 8 weeks old the first day she came to our house, and her little bunny hopping around the grass in our backyard made me fall in love with her.  The funny thing is that I HATED DOGS before Millie came into my life. Random Post 1 - Dance

Dance has been a constant in my life. I have been dancing since I was three years old. Whether it be creating performances for my parents in our living room or going to classes and perfecting my technique, performing has been the aspect of life that brings me the biggest adrenaline rush. I danced competitively from elementary to high school and was captain of my high school's Bollywood dance team. It really was my outlet to express my feelings as a child, and that has translated to the present day as well.
